Who You Talk To

You talk to an independent HVAC provider in our network. Nasasale Heating & Air makes the introduction. The provider gives advice, a quote and does the work if you hire them. We do not name staff or run a crew, because we do not do the repairs.

What Happens After You Ask for Help

First, you share the basics. Which system is the problem, what you see or hear, and when it started. Then you are matched with a provider. They may ask a few follow-up questions, such as the age of the unit or whether a breaker has tripped.

Next, they explain options and give you a quote. Some providers can respond quickly, but timing varies. Request a callback to check provider availability.

Planning Around Your Day

Busy home? Say so up front. Ask about visit windows that fit around family. Mention pets, school pick-ups, work-from-home calls and any parking limits. A good provider will plan around these details. It also helps to note where the indoor and outdoor units are, so the provider knows what to expect on arrival.

What to Ask a Provider

  • Is the quote in writing, and does it list parts and labor?
  • What could change the price once work begins?
  • Do you hold the license required in my state, and carry insurance?
  • How long will the work take, and how much of the house will be affected?
  • Is there a warranty on parts or labor, and what does it cover?
  • Is repair or replacement the better value for my system?

You Are in Control

A quote is not a contract. You can compare it with others. You can ask questions, wait a day or say no. There is no obligation to hire anyone you are referred to. If a price feels unclear, ask the provider to break it down.
